7. Payment Terms

- 50% Advance Payment is mandatory before project initiation
- Remaining payment must be cleared before final deployment or delivery
7.2 Monthly Services
- SEO, Social Media Handling, Ads Management, Account Management are paid in advance every month
- Delay beyond 5 days from due date may result in service suspension without prior notice
7.3 Custom Projects
- Milestone-based payment structures as agreed in the proposal or invoice
- Work will continue only after milestone payment clearance
7.4 Late Payment Charges
- A late fee of 5% to 10% per day may apply after the due date
- Applies depending on project type and agreement terms
7.5 Refund Policy
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable
- No refund will be issued once work has started
- Partial refunds may be provided only if mutually agreed in writing
7.6 Third-Party Costs
- Hosting & Domain Charges

8. Project Timelines
Project delivery timelines depend on client approvals, availability of required content/materials, and timely communication. Delays caused by the client may automatically extend delivery timelines.

13. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if any of the following apply. No refunds will be issued for terminated or suspended accounts due to violations.
